We came to South Korea at different stages of our lives and met 'Ayurveda Yoga Academy'. What we found changed us: years of ancient study, deep healing, and inner transformation OR we found not only a practice but a way of life that healed, inspired, and transformed us.

With our eagerness to make these teachings accessible, we created this online platform—a space where anyone, anywhere, can begin or deepen their yoga journey.​
